Copyright & Takedown Policy

Krat13 · Effective July 4, 2026 · Last updated: July 4, 2026

Scope

Krat13 is a personal collection manager and hosts very little user-shared content — most data stays on your device or in your private iCloud. This Policy applies mainly to content made available through sharing features (such as a shared want-list link or image card). It supplements our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.

Submitting a copyright notice

If you believe content made available through the Service infringes your copyright, email irakliy.tatoshvili@gmail.com with the subject "Copyright Notice", including:

  1. your name, address, email, and the rights holder you represent (if an agent);
  2. identification of the copyrighted work;
  3. identification of the allegedly infringing material and where to find it (e.g., the shared link);
  4. a statement of good-faith belief that the use is not authorized;
  5. a statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that you are authorized to act; and
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

Notices consistent with the U.S. DMCA and with the EU/Polish copyright framework are accepted.

Our response & counter-notice

On a valid notice, we may remove or disable access to the material and notify the user who shared it. If you believe content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the material and its prior location, a good-faith statement (under penalty of perjury where applicable), and consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts. We may restore the material where the law permits.

Repeat infringers & misuse

We may restrict or terminate access for repeat infringers. Submitting a knowingly false notice or counter-notice may expose you to liability — please ensure submissions are accurate. For trademark or other IP complaints, contact us with comparable detail.
